Three blocks (A, B and C) wrap around Phuong Hoang Lake, the largest natural lake in Vung Tau, with a park along its shore.

The complex has around 1,226 apartments. Block C was handed over in 2018 and the others followed; most units now have long-term pink books. Higher floors on the south and east sides get sea views, while lower floors look over the lake.

Other projects in the same area include Vung Tau Melody and Vung Tau Pearl nearer the beach.

Living and renting here

DIC Phoenix suits families and long-stay tenants more than short holiday rentals: it is a settled residential community with schools, cafés and markets around the lake. One-bedroom units rent from about 6.5 million VND a month and three-bedroom lake- or sea-view units from about 11–13 million VND.

Buying checks

  • Ask which block the unit is in; Block C was finished first and some interiors are older.
  • Sea-view units on high floors carry a clear premium over lake-view units.
  • Check the pink book and the monthly management fee.
