Eco Garden Hue is a 44.65-hectare urban area by Cotana Group in zone B of the An Van Duong new town, Vy Da Ward (former Thuy Van), Hue. It combines townhouses and villas with a cluster of apartment towers, parks, a lake, a school and a planned shopping centre.
The apartment side is mainly social housing. Cotana Capital handed over 364 apartments in towers W2 and W3 in 2024–2025 and another 210 in tower W1 on 9 August 2026. Tower W4 (149 apartments) was due in October 2026, and the 15-storey East Sky towers E1 and E2 (264 apartments) opened applications in 2026.

Location
An Van Duong is Hue’s planned expansion area south-east of the Perfume River. Eco Garden sits beside Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue, about 10 minutes’ drive from the old city and Truong Tien Bridge, with AEON Mall Hue nearby and Phu Bai airport roughly 15 km south.
Apartments: mostly social housing
Most towers in Eco Garden are social housing, so purchase is limited to eligible buyers who meet income and housing conditions. Prices have been far below Hue’s commercial apartments; resale listings for 66 m² units sit around VND 1.2–1.3 billion. Cotana says the whole area has been upgraded with flood-control infrastructure, which matters in Hue’s rainy season.
Renting
Renters are mostly young families and local staff. Rental rules for social housing are strict, so confirm the owner is allowed to let the unit and that the contract is registered.

- Confirm whether the unit is social housing or commercial before negotiating.
- Social housing resale is restricted in the first years after purchase.
- Check flood history of the specific street and ground-floor units in the rainy season.
