The master plan, with a total investment reported at around VND 10,000 billion, combines shophouses, terraced houses, villas and land plots with about ten apartment towers holding roughly 3,000 flats. The low-rise Zone B along the 100-metre Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard was built and sold first; apartment towers have followed in phases.

What you get

The township is planned with its own retail streets, a food street, a cinema, parks and themed gardens, a clubhouse, a four-season pool and a fitness centre, plus schools and medical services. Apartments are aimed at local families and at buyers looking for a second home or rental unit in Hue.

Prices and buying

Market reports put apartment asking prices at roughly VND 25–45 million per m² and townhouses or shophouses at about VND 35–60 million per m², depending on phase and frontage. Check which zone and tower a unit belongs to, whether its pink book has been issued, and the payment schedule tied to construction.

Renting and holiday use

Furnished studios and townhouses in the completed zones are rented to local professionals and long-stay visitors, with studio rents commonly quoted around VND 6 million a month. Some townhouses are run as homestays.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: large planned township with internal amenities, location on Hue’s main growth corridor, mix of low-rise and apartments, long-term ownership as marketed
  • Cons: phased delivery means some areas are still under construction, quieter than the riverside centre, rental demand is smaller than in Da Nang

Who it suits

Families relocating to Hue, buyers wanting a townhouse with business frontage, and investors looking at Hue’s longer-term growth.
