Eco Riverside is a mid-rise apartment cluster on the Thai Binh River inside Ecopark’s Ecorivers township, in the former Ngoc Chau and Hai Tan wards of Hai Duong city, now part of Hai Phong. It is one of the last phases of Ecorivers and is developed by Ecopark Hai Duong Investment JSC.

The project has five 10-storey towers (E1–E5) with 845 apartments, from studios of about 31–33 m² to three-bedroom units and duplex penthouses. Sales opened on 9 August 2025, and tower E1 and the show flats followed on 20 September 2025. Land use certificates for the plots were issued in July 2024.

Location

The towers line the Thai Binh River on the eastern side of Ecorivers, with parks, canals and the Lighthouse towers nearby. Central Hai Duong is a short drive away, and the Hanoi–Hai Phong expressway and Highway 5 connect to Hanoi (about 60 km) and Hai Phong port.

Why mid-rise

At ten storeys, each tower has relatively few households per floor, which appeals to buyers who dislike crowded high-rises. The trade-off is fewer high-floor views than in Lighthouse.

Who it suits

Engineers and managers from the Hai Duong and eastern Hai Phong industrial parks, including foreign specialists, and local families who want a quieter riverside address.

Buying checks

  • Confirm which tower you are buying and its handover date.
  • Ask what built-in furniture and appliances are included.
  • Check the developer’s current price list against resale offers.
  • Foreign buyers should confirm eligibility and quota.
