Green Skyline (formerly Green Tower) is TBS Land’s apartment project within the Green Square urban area, at the junction of National Road 1K and GS1 Street in Dong Hoa Ward, on the border of Thu Duc and Di An. The 1.32-hectare site has four towers – T1 and T2 of 28 floors and T3A and T3B of 40 floors – with 1,296 homes. TBS chose to sell when construction was nearly finished: all towers have topped out and handover is scheduled for 2026, with Savills as the operator.

Location: National Road 1K, Thu Duc – Di An border
The project has three street frontages at the meeting of National Road 1K, GS1 and GS5, next to the GO! Di An hypermarket and close to Hoan My International Hospital. The National University campus and the Hi-Tech Park are within easy reach.
National Road 1K is planned to be widened into an urban road once Ring Road 3 is complete, which should ease traffic. Giga Mall on Pham Van Dong is about 15 minutes away.
