Bcons Aria is Bcons Group’s new tower in Dong Hoa Ward (former Di An), on Ba Huyen Thanh Quan Street just off the 32 m Thong Nhat Road and opposite Bcons Center City. It is a single 37-storey building with around 1,274 apartments, aimed at buyers who want an affordable home linked to the National University village and Suoi Tien metro station. It was opened for bookings and sales in 2026 with prices from about 46 million VND per m².
