Location in Thanh Xuan
The complex sits just behind Nguyen Trai, a few minutes’ walk from Royal City and its underground mall. The Cat Linh – Ha Dong elevated metro runs along Nguyen Trai, and the Hoan Kiem area is roughly 6 km away. Vu Trong Phung was widened in front of the project, so access by car is relatively easy.
Following the 2025 reorganisation, the address is in Thanh Xuan Ward. Some documents list the former Thanh Xuan Trung Ward.
Apartments
Layouts are mostly two- to four-bedroom apartments, with many units around 100 m2 or more. Blocks facing the internal courtyard are quieter than those on the main streets. Because several blocks share podium and parking, ask which block a unit is in and which entrance and lift core it uses.
Renting at Hapulico
Rents are generally moderate for central Thanh Xuan. Furnished family apartments are the most common listings. Check the management fee, motorbike and car parking arrangements and the condition of the unit’s fittings.
