Location on Nguyen Trai

Nguyen Trai is one of the main roads into south-west Hanoi. Hoan Kiem Lake is about 5 km away, and the Cat Linh – Ha Dong elevated metro runs along Nguyen Trai with stations within walking distance. Expect heavy traffic at rush hour around the Nga Tu So junction.

After the 2025 reorganisation the address is in Thanh Xuan Ward. Earlier documents show Thuong Dinh Ward, Thanh Xuan District.

Towers and layouts

R1 and R2 have two- and three-bedroom homes of roughly 88 to 200 m2. R4 and R5 are mid-sized, and R6 offers flexible layouts and the most premium finish, with a planted atrium and views over Nguyen Trai. Ask for the exact floor plan and note whether a unit faces the plaza or the surrounding streets.

Renting at Royal City

Royal City is favoured by families who want schools, shopping and entertainment under one roof. Furnished units are widely available. Confirm whether the rent includes management fees, how parking is allocated and whether the tower allows pets.

Buying and resale checks

Most apartments trade with ownership certificates. Ask for the pink book, check the remaining land-use term and confirm any outstanding fees. Prices vary noticeably between towers, so compare within the same building.

Facilities

Residents enjoy outdoor pools, sports courts, gardens and the plaza, plus everything in the mall below. Some facilities are paid; check current rules with the management office.
