Who is behind Masteri Rivera Danang
The legal owner is Tuyen Son Housing Development JSC; Masterise Homes took over development and brought the project under its Masteri Collection brand. Work first started in 2022, paused, and restarted in December 2023 before the official launch in 2025.
Location: where three rivers meet
The towers sit near the Tuyen Son Bridge at the meeting point of the Han, Cam Le and Cau Do rivers, close to Tuyen Son Sports Palace and Asia Park. The city centre, the airport and the road to Hoi An are all within easy reach, and upper floors look out over the rivers and the city.

Units range from studios and one-bedrooms of around 40 m² to three-bedroom homes and larger duplexes. Prices started from just over 4 billion VND per unit at launch; 2026 listings range from about 77 to 95 million VND per m², with one-bedrooms around 4.2–5.5 billion VND and three-bedrooms of 79–89 m² near 6.9 billion VND.

Renting at Masteri Rivera Danang
River views and Masterise management should attract expats, long-stay visitors and professionals. Da Nang’s rental market for branded apartments is still smaller than HCMC or Hanoi, so yields depend on pricing well.
