What you get

Standard rooms start around 35 m², and the serviced suites add a kitchenette, a separate living area and lake views. Long-stay guests get the hotel’s pool, spa and restaurants, which makes it a popular alternative to renting a private apartment in Tay Ho.

  • Pacifica all-day dining and Ming Cantonese restaurant
  • Spa and fitness centre
  • Pacific Ballroom, about 420 m²

Prices and buying

There is nothing to buy here. For ownership near West Lake, buyers usually look at apartment towers in Tay Ho and Ba Dinh along Lac Long Quan, Xuan Dieu and Thuy Khue.

Renting and holiday use

Serviced suites are rented by the night or on monthly long-stay packages; ask the hotel directly for long-stay pricing. Nightly room rates have been listed at around USD 170–300.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: lake views on two sides, serviced suites with kitchens, well-known rooftop bar, short drive to the airport
  • Cons: busy Thanh Nien road junction, older building, hotel pricing for long stays

Who it suits

Corporate travellers and families who want a West Lake address with hotel services, and expats moving to Hanoi who need a few months in a serviced suite before renting.
