Who is behind The Magnolia

The project is owned by KLC Hanoi JSC and developed by MIK Group, which created the M Series for its most private, low-density projects. Khai Son City itself was approved in 2014–2016, and Hanoi allowed part of it to be transferred for this mixed-use plot in 2022.

Location: Khai Son City, Long Bien

Khai Son City lies on Nguyen Gia Bong Street in the former Long Bien District, close to Chuong Duong and Vinh Tuy bridges and a short drive from the Old Quarter. The towers look over the Red River, the Duong River and Ngoc Thuy Park, and the township already has a 22-ha lake and completed apartment blocks.

Apartments and prices

Indicative prices were quoted at 150–180 million VND per m², while resale listings in 2026 show a 112 m² four-bedroom near 10.9 billion VND and 250 m² duplexes around 26–28 billion VND.
