Vinhomes Green Bay is a Vingroup township at 7 Thang Long Boulevard, Me Tri, opposite the National Convention Center in west Hanoi (now Dai Mo Ward, formerly Nam Tu Liem). It covers about 31.8 ha with roughly 390 villas and an apartment zone called The Residence.
The Residence has three towers. G1 (34 floors) and G2 (38 floors) were launched in March 2017 with units of about 42–92 m²; G3, launched in September 2017, holds smaller units including officetel-style apartments. The apartments have been handed over and the township has a large central lake.
