Vinhomes New Center Ha Tinh is a Vinhomes apartment development on Ham Nghi Street in Thanh Sen Ward (former Thach Linh Ward), Ha Tinh. It consists of two 25-storey towers, C1 and C2, built on about 1.95 hectares inside the Ham Nghi new urban area.
Vingroup launched the towers in June 2018. Tower C1, with 456 apartments, was ready for handover and began operating in October 2019; tower C2 went on sale on 10 October 2020. Vinhomes manages the buildings, which is still rare for apartment blocks in Ha Tinh.

Location
Ham Nghi is one of Ha Tinh’s main east–west roads. From the towers it is a short drive to the provincial administrative offices, the bus station, schools and Vincom Ha Tinh at the Ha Huy Tap junction. Thien Cam beach is about 25 km south-east, and Vinh airport is roughly 50 km north.
Living here
For a city of Ha Tinh’s size, Vinhomes New Center is one of the few apartment buildings with brand-name management: 24/7 security, maintenance, landscaping and a residents’ service desk. Units are compact, from studios to three bedrooms, which suits small families and professionals posted to the province.
Renting
Rental demand comes mainly from government staff, bank and hospital employees and engineers working on industrial projects in the province. Furnished units are easier to let; unfurnished flats in Ha Tinh tend to sit longer.
