Back Beach and Chi Linh beach are a short drive, Front Beach and the city centre about 10 minutes, and the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Vung Tau expressway links make the trip to Ho Chi Minh City quicker than before.

Prices and buying

Launch pricing was from about VND 44 million per m². Recent listings for two-bedroom units of 72–84 m² have asked roughly VND 3.65–4.35 billion, and podium shophouses of about 207 m² around VND 11–13 billion. The project’s ownership structure changed during development, so ask the seller for the current sale contract and certificate status.

Renting and holiday use

As one of the newest towers in Vung Tau, it targets both long-term tenants and holiday renters; furnished sea-view units command the highest rents.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: new build with modern facilities, sea and lake views, large established developer group, close to Chi Linh beach
  • Cons: handover was delayed against early targets, not walking distance to Back Beach, check certificates carefully

Who it suits

Buyers who want a new-build apartment in Vung Tau’s planned Chi Linh district, and families who prefer a quieter area than the beach strip.
