Hoang Anh Thanh Binh is a three-tower apartment complex in the Tan Hung area of former District 7, right beside the Him Lam Kenh Te villa neighbourhood. It was developed by Thanh Binh Company, part of Hoang Anh Gia Lai (HAGL), and residents started moving in around 2015–2016.

The blocks are tall, 37 to 40 storeys, but the site keeps a fairly low building density of about a third, leaving space for a pool and gardens at ground level. Apartments are generally larger than newer projects in the same price range, which keeps it on the radar of families and long-stay tenants who work in District 1, District 4 or Phu My Hung.

Location

The project sits inside the Him Lam Kenh Te area, close to the Kenh Te bridge. That puts District 4 and District 1 within about ten minutes by car, while Lotte Mart, SC VivoCity and the hospitals along Nguyen Thi Thap and Nguyen Huu Tho are close by. Phu My Hung is a short ride south.

After the July 2025 merger the address falls in Tan Hung Ward. Earlier documents show Tan Hung Ward, District 7, and the street formerly called D4 is now Ngo Thi Bi.

Layouts and views

Most homes are two-bedroom units of roughly 70 m2 and three-bedroom units of 100 to 150 m2. Upper floors on the north side look towards the Kenh Te canal and the city; the south side faces Phu My Hung. Block B is the tallest and has the widest views from its upper floors.

Ask which block and stack a unit belongs to, and whether it has one or two bathrooms, because similar sizes can have different layouts.

Renting at Hoang Anh Thanh Binh

Rents tend to be moderate for the size, which makes the building popular with families and sharers. Many units come furnished; check appliance condition, whether the management fee is included and the rules for parking cards.
