What you get

The first phase is low-rise: SOHO townhouses and shophouses along walkable commercial streets, with an outdoor music-fountain plaza at the centre. Apartment phases such as Masteri Grand View add towers of around 25 storeys with two- to four-bedroom units.

Prices and buying

New apartments in the first tower phase have been offered at roughly VND 115–150 million per m² – for example about VND 13.5–17.6 billion for a three-bedroom of around 117 m². Townhouses and shophouses sell at considerably higher totals.

Renting and holiday use

The township is still filling up; shophouses are leased mainly to F&B and retail brands, and apartment rents will settle once the towers are handed over.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: large planned township with a strong master plan, developer with a delivery track record, near Thao Dien and the metro
  • Cons: still under construction in parts, high prices, community and services still developing

Who it suits

Buyers who want a long-term stake in a new east-side township, and businesses looking for shophouses on a busy new street.
