Bcons Plaza

Bcons Plaza is the sixth project in the Bcons brand, located on Thong Nhat Street in Dong Hoa, close to National Road 1K and the National University area. The neighbourhood belonged to Di An, Binh Duong until July 2025 and is now Dong Hoa Ward of Ho Chi Minh City.

The project combines four apartment towers with a low-rise zone of 152 townhouses. Around 1,250 apartments range from 32 m² studios to 74 m² family units. Building density is about 37%, leaving room for internal gardens. The project was handed over in 2023 and many units now have pink books.

Location

Thong Nhat Street is due to be widened and linked to the East–West road, improving access to Di An’s centre and Thu Duc. Today, residents reach National Road 1K in a few minutes, the National University campus and GO! Di An in about five to ten minutes, and Suoi Tien metro station in around 15 minutes.

Apartments have open-plan living rooms and kitchens on one level, a layout Bcons uses to make small homes feel larger. The townhouses, sized from about 60 to 167 m², are used both as family homes and small shops.

Buying checks

• Check whether the unit has a pink book and that it is free of mortgages.
• Studio units are cheap but harder to resell; two-bedroom units are the most liquid.
