Who is behind Bcons City
Bcons Group grew from construction into development with a series of affordable projects in Di An, including Bcons Suoi Tien, Bcons Mien Dong, Bcons Garden, Bcons Green View and Bcons Bee. Bcons City is part of a wider 11.8-hectare cluster that also plans townhouses, a hotel, shopping and schools.
Location: Thong Nhat and the university area
Thong Nhat Avenue is one of Di An’s main roads, linking to the New Eastern Bus Station, Suoi Tien station on Metro Line 1 and the Thu Duc border. Vietnam National University’s campus is close by, which gives the area a young, student-heavy feel.
Central Ho Chi Minh City is roughly 40–60 minutes away by car depending on traffic, but the metro has made trips into the city easier.
