Phase 1 has five towers, I1 to I5, of 38–39 floors on about 3.3 ha, with compact studios to three-bedroom units of roughly 28–76 m². It sits next to the township’s 10.2-ha central park and lake. Phase 2, called The Sola Park, adds five more towers (G1, G2, G3, G5, G6) with about 4,500 units; construction started in April 2024 and handover is planned for early 2027.
