LUMIÈRE Evergreen is Masterise Homes’ second apartment project in the Vinhomes Smart City township in west Hanoi (Tay Mo Ward), and the first of its LUMIÈRE series in the capital. It was launched on 20 November 2023 and construction began on 31 March 2024.
The project has three towers of 38–39 floors on Smart City’s main avenue, with close to 2,300 apartments from studios upwards and about 60 amenities, including an indoor pool on the 20th floor. Masterise held its first handover ceremony for the Aura tower on 15 May, and remaining towers are being handed over in stages.
