Before you register

Be clear about your must-haves: private pool or garden terrace, double-height living room, private lift lobby, number of parking bays. Not every penthouse will offer all of them, and we will match your list against the official plans as soon as they are out. No payment is taken until the developer can legally accept a deposit, which is capped at 5% of the price.
