Location
The site fronts the Hanoi Highway, the main road between Ho Chi Minh City and Bien Hoa, close to Amata and the Bien Hoa industrial parks. Hospitals, Vincom and Lotte Mart, schools and the Ho Nai bus routes are nearby, and the HCMC–Long Thanh–Dau Giay expressway puts Long Thanh airport roughly 35 minutes away.
Status to verify
Sales materials originally promised handover in Q4 2023, while later broker pages mentioned 2024 or 2025. We could not confirm an official handover announcement in the sources we checked, so ask the developer and the building management for the current status of each block before buying or renting.

Staff from the industrial parks along the highway and families who want a mid-priced apartment with a pool, gym and parks, priced well below Thu Duc City.
