Who can buy

Social housing in Vietnam is reserved for eligible buyers, mainly low- and middle-income workers and civil servants who do not already own a home locally, with income caps and paperwork set by law. Resale is restricted for the first years, and foreign nationals cannot buy. The commercial Cityview Signature tower is open to ordinary buyers.

What to expect

Kim Oanh markets the scheme with a pool, landscaped grounds and car parking, and says units will be handed over with basic furniture. Sizes are practical: around 47–48 m² for one-bedroom-plus, 62 m² for larger one-bedroom-plus layouts, 70 m² for two bedrooms and 85 m² for three.

Buying checks

  • Confirm whether the unit is social housing or in the commercial tower.
  • Check the Dong Nai Department of Construction notice before paying.
  • Ask about preferential loans from the Social Policy Bank and their conditions.
  • Do not pay brokers for priority places in the social housing queue.
