Feliz Homes is a three-tower apartment complex at 279 Hoang Mai street, in the Den Lu area of south-central Hanoi (now Tuong Mai Ward, formerly Hoang Van Thu, Hoang Mai District). The developer is KLB JSC, and the project was launched in November 2020 with prices from about VND 2.4 billion.
The three towers, Fantasy, Tropical and Zen, have 27 floors and about 1,248 apartments from one to four bedrooms, including garden units. Residential building density is only about 20%, leaving most of the site for greenery, water and amenities. Fantasy and Tropical were handed over first, and Zen Tower followed from around September 2023; units now resell with pink books.

Feliz Homes sits between Ring Road 2 and Ring Road 2.5, about 4.5 km from Hoan Kiem Lake. Roads around it lead to Minh Khai, Tam Trinh, Truong Dinh and Giai Phong, and the Times City area is a short drive north-east. Den Lu lake park is right next door.
