Amenities
Times City, officially Vinhomes Times City, is Vingroup’s 36-hectare township at 458 Minh Khai Street in south-east Hanoi. It was one of the first projects in the capital to put apartments, an international hospital, a school system and a mega mall on the same site, and it remains a reference point for “live, work and shop without leaving” in Hanoi.
The original phase consists of 12 residential towers, T1 to T11 plus T18, completed in 2014. The later Park Hill and Park Hill Premium phases added further towers to the south; we cover them separately on our Times City Park Hill page. Across all phases the township holds around 23 towers and roughly 12,000 apartments.

Location in south-east Hanoi
Minh Khai Street links Times City to Dai La, Truong Chinh and Ring Road 2, and Hoan Kiem Lake is roughly 4 to 5 km away. Traffic on Minh Khai can be heavy at peak hours, so test your commute at the time you would actually travel.
Following the July 2025 reorganisation, the project lies in Vinh Tuy Ward. Earlier documents list Vinh Tuy Ward, Hai Ba Trung District, and a small part of the site under Mai Dong, Hoang Mai.

Towers and layouts
The T-series towers are 27 to 35 storeys and are laid out around a central lake, gardens and the musical fountain. Two- and three-bedroom apartments of roughly 80 to 110 m2 are the most common. Units facing the inner park are quieter than those along Minh Khai, and some T-towers look south over the Park Hill area.
Ask for the floor plan of the exact stack and note whether the unit has one or two balconies; layouts vary between towers built in different years.
Renting at Times City
Times City is popular with Korean and Japanese families as well as Vietnamese professionals, thanks to Vinmec, Vinschool and the mall. Furnished units are easy to find. Confirm who pays the management fee, how parking is handled (car slots are allocated by the management company) and whether pets are allowed in the tower.

Buying and resale checks
Most T-tower apartments now trade with ownership certificates. Ask for the pink book, check the land use term and confirm that maintenance and management fees are paid up. Foreign buyers should check the quota for the specific tower.
Facilities
Residents can use pools, gyms, parks, children’s playgrounds and the aquarium and shops at Vincom Mega Mall Times City. Some facilities are run as paid services; ask the management office for current rules.
