Amenities
FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhon is a twin-tower complex on An Duong Vuong, the beach road in the southern part of Quy Nhon. FLC Group built it as one hotel tower and one 30-floor block of roughly 600 condotel and “hometel” apartments, and marketed it as the city’s first five-star condotel. Almost every unit faces the sea, and a tunnel of about 65 m runs under the road straight to the sand.

Location
An Duong Vuong is Quy Nhon’s calmer, southern stretch of seafront, lined with cafés and the long beach promenade. The city centre around Nguyen Hue and the Nguyen Tat Thanh square is a five-minute drive, Ky Co and Eo Gio are about 40 minutes up the coast, and Phu Cat Airport is roughly half an hour away.

What you get
Most units are studios and one-bedroom apartments of 45–60 m² with panoramic glass and a balcony, plus a smaller number of larger corner units. Residents and guests share the podium facilities, including the beach tunnel and the underground bar that FLC promoted at launch.

- Tunnel to the beach and underground bar
- Restaurants and retail podium
- Gym
- Hotel-style services
Prices and buying
Resale units come up regularly, mostly small studios. Two things to check first: Binh Dinh province later replaced the word “condotel” with “tourist apartment” (căn hộ du lịch) in the project’s planning papers, and in 2024 owners and the province were still discussing outstanding legal paperwork and fire-safety items. Ask the seller for the certificate, the land-use term and whether the unit is tied to a rental programme.
Renting and holiday use
Many owners rent by the night or the month through booking sites and local agents. Short stays sell best from April to August; monthly rents for a furnished one-bedroom are usually modest by Nha Trang or Da Nang standards, which makes it a common pick for long-stay visitors.
Pros and cons
- Pros: directly on the beach, sea views from almost every unit, one of the tallest buildings in town, plenty of resale and rental stock
- Cons: legal paperwork has lagged behind handover, shared hotel-style building rather than a residential condo, quality varies by owner furnishing
Who it suits
Holidaymakers and digital nomads who want a beach-road base in Quy Nhon for a month or two, and buyers comfortable with tourist-apartment rules.
