FPT Plaza 4

FPT Plaza 4 is the newest and largest apartment building in FPT City, the technology township developed by FPT in southern Da Nang. It brings 1,395 homes to a 20-storey complex over three basements, on a 1.9-hectare plot next to FPT Plaza 1. FPT broke ground on 19 March 2025 with total investment of around 2,790 billion VND, and the Da Nang Department of Construction later confirmed the units were eligible for sale.

Who is behind FPT Plaza 4

FPT City is developed by FPT Da Nang Urban JSC, part of FPT Corporation. The township already has FPT Plaza 1, 2 and 3, the FPT Complex software park and a full school system from primary to university, so this is a well-established neighbourhood rather than a blank site.

Location: between the city and Hoi An

FPT City lies in the south of Da Nang, about 15 minutes from the city centre and 20 minutes from Hoi An’s old town. The Marble Mountains are five minutes away and the beach is a short drive. Many units on the upper floors get views of the river and the sea.

Apartments and prices

Layouts run from one-bedroom units of about 46–50 m² to two-bedrooms of 58–73 m² and three-bedrooms of around 118 m². Prices started from about 45 million VND per m², and 2026 resale listings mostly sit between roughly 50 and 59 million VND per m² – for example a 69 m² two-bedroom at around 3.6–4.1 billion VND.
