Prices and buying

Villa resales are rare and priced at the top of the Da Nang market. Ask for the certificate, the rental-programme contract, owner-stay nights (owners were promised up to 15 free nights a year) and fee splits.

Renting and holiday use

Most guests book through the resort or Accor’s channels. Family holidays in summer and Tet are the busiest; rates drop during the rainy months from October to December.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: beachfront villas with private pools, international operator, close to the airport and city
  • Cons: expensive to buy or rent, few villas ever come up for sale, busy beachfront road outside

Who it suits

Families and groups on holiday, and buyers looking for a branded beach villa in Da Nang that runs itself.
