Who can buy

Social housing in Vietnam is reserved for eligible buyers, mainly low- and middle-income workers and civil servants who do not already own a home locally, with income caps and paperwork set by law. Resale is restricted for the first years, and foreign nationals cannot buy.

Not the same as The Kyoto

Happy Home is separate from the commercial apartment towers in Vinhomes Star City, such as The Kyoto. Prices, eligibility and resale rules are completely different, even though both share the township’s parks and roads.

Buying checks

  • Apply through the official Vingroup and Department of Construction channels.
  • Check whether you are applying to buy, rent or rent-to-own.
  • Prepare income and housing-status documents in advance.
  • Ignore offers of paid priority slots.
