The Pathway Sam Son is Sun Group’s first high-rise apartment complex on the Sam Son seafront in Thanh Hoa. It stands on Ho Xuan Huong Street at the head of the Sun Grand Boulevard festival axis, a few minutes’ walk from the sea square and the beach.
Sun Property, the group’s property arm, opened sales in spring 2024. Each tower has 20 storeys: a three-floor podium for shops and services with 17 residential floors above. The apartments are pitched as seaside homes that owners can use themselves or let to holidaymakers.

Location
The towers sit where Dong Son Avenue meets the seafront. Dong Son Avenue is the festival boulevard that links the Sam Son sea square with Sun World Sam Son, so carnival parades, light shows and summer events pass right by. The beach is across the road.
Thanh Hoa city centre is about 16 km away, and Hanoi is roughly 170 km to the north by expressway.
What is around
Sun Group has been building a resort and entertainment cluster of about 1,260 hectares in Sam Son since 2020. The sea square and festival axis opened first; the Sun World Sam Son water park and the Sun Grand Boulevard shophouse streets followed. The Pathway is the high-rise piece of that cluster, so residents get the boardwalk, restaurants and events without needing a car.
Who it suits
The Pathway mainly suits buyers who want a holiday flat close to Hanoi and investors planning short-stay rentals. Sam Son is a busy domestic beach town with a strong summer peak from May to August, so expect high occupancy in season and quieter months in winter. For year-round living, Thanh Hoa city offers more schools and services.
