The Kyoto Vinhomes Star City

The Kyoto Vinhomes Star City is the apartment zone of Vinhomes’ Star City township on Nguyen Hoang Avenue in Hac Thanh Ward (former Dong Hai ward), Thanh Hoa. The zone has four towers with 1,170 apartments, from studios to 3-bedroom units of about 27.5–77.1 m². In September 2025 several blocks were at the 3rd–4th floor of the superstructure, and reported prices were about VND 39–45 million per m².

Vinhomes Star City sits on Nguyen Hoang Avenue in the new eastern centre of Thanh Hoa, where the provincial administrative and commercial areas are expanding. From here it is a short drive to the old city centre, the North–South expressway and Tho Xuan Airport. The beach town of Sam Son is around half an hour away.

Buying at The Kyoto Vinhomes Star City

This is an off-plan purchase. Ask for the official sales confirmation, the bank guarantee and the payment schedule tied to construction. Vinhomes launches often include discounts or interest support for a limited time; compare the total cost, not just the headline price.

Foreigners can buy in commercial apartment buildings within the usual limits of the 2023 Housing Law: up to 30% of the units in one building and ownership of up to 50 years, renewable once. Check that the foreign quota in the specific tower still has room before you pay a deposit.

Renting at The Kyoto

Thanh Hoa’s apartment rental market is young but growing, driven by public-sector staff, bank and service employees and engineers at Nghi Son. Small furnished units near the township’s amenities should be the easiest to let once the towers are complete.

Living in Thanh Hoa

Thanh Hoa is one of Vietnam’s most populous provinces and its city is growing quickly eastwards towards the coast. Sam Son beach is around half an hour away, and the North–South expressway and Tho Xuan airport connect the city with Hanoi and the south.

The Nghi Son economic zone and new industrial parks are adding jobs, and modern townships like Vinhomes Star City give families an alternative to older neighbourhoods in the city centre.
