Directly opposite is the 6.2-hectare AEON Mall Canary, and the Song Be golf course provides a green outlook. The planned Thu Dau Mot – Tao Dan metro line, Ring Road 3 and the HCMC – Thu Dau Mot – Chon Thanh expressway are all close by. The area hosts a large community of Korean, Japanese and Taiwanese managers working in VSIP and other industrial parks.

Product

Khai Hoan Land positions the project as its first high-end development, with tailored layouts, a multi-level amenity system and a private sky-resort floor of more than 500 m² on level 21. The top floors include penthouses with private pools. In July 2026 the developer released a limited Signature Edition collection with flexible payment terms supported by MB Bank.

  • Bespoke 1–3 bedroom apartments
  • Duplexes and pool penthouses
  • 21st-floor sky resort

Pricing and timeline

The developer has not published a full price list. Early project listings referenced prices of roughly VND 40–50 million per m², though premium Signature Edition units are positioned higher. Khai Hoan Land says the project is exempt from a separate construction permit and has met the conditions to start construction; groundbreaking followed the April 2026 sales-gallery opening.
