Who is behind The Collection 688
DICERA Holdings is a construction and development company listed on HoSE. It previously worked with SG Holdings on Vung Tau Centre Point, and on this project acts as both developer and main contractor.
Location: Binh Duong Boulevard
The tower faces Binh Duong Boulevard (National Highway 13), the main north–south road linking Thu Duc and central HCMC to Thu Dau Mot and the industrial parks of the former Binh Duong. The highway is being widened, and a metro line along the corridor is in the city’s plans. Aeon Mall Binh Duong, VSIP and Lai Thieu are a short drive away.
Apartments and prices
The tower mixes standard apartments with serviced “stay” units and a few ground-floor shophouses, aimed at business owners, managers and professionals working in the area. Official pricing had not been widely published at launch; ask the sales agent for the current price list.
Construction progress
By late August 2026 the project was working on its foundations and basements.
Renting at The Collection 688
Thuan Giao has strong demand from managers and engineers at nearby industrial parks. The serviced-apartment component suggests the developer expects a short- and mid-stay rental market here.
