Location

What you get

Standard rooms are about 28 m² with a balcony; executive rooms and suites on the upper floors add lounge access and bigger living areas. The Sky36 rooftop bar is one of the best-known night-time viewpoints over the river.

Prices and buying

There is nothing to buy here. Buyers who like this part of Hai Chau usually look at apartments along Bach Dang and around the Dragon Bridge, or cross the river to the Son Tra and An Hai towers.

Renting and holiday use

Nightly rates vary with season and view; river-view rooms cost more on weekends and during the fireworks festival. For long stays, ask the hotel for a monthly rate rather than booking night by night.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: riverfront city-centre location, close to the airport, rooftop bar and views, international operator
  • Cons: not on the beach, standard rooms are small for long stays, no units for investors

Who it suits

Business travellers and short-stay visitors who want to be in the city centre by the river, and anyone who prefers city life to the beach strip.
