Who is behind Masteri Grand Avenue
Masterise Homes develops the Masteri and LUMIÈRE ranges and has already delivered Masteri Waterfront in Ocean Park 1. Vinhomes Global Gate itself is Vingroup’s large Co Loa township, centred on a new national exhibition centre.
Location: Co Loa, north of the Red River
Global Gate sits on Truong Sa Street in the former Dong Hoi commune, close to Nhat Tan Bridge and the road to Noi Bai airport. Dong Anh is where Hanoi is planning much of its northern growth, including the National Exhibition Center, so the area should keep changing over the next few years.
Apartments and prices
The towers offer everything from studios and one-bedroom-plus units to three-bedroom homes. Expected prices at launch were around 90–120 million VND per m². Resale listings in 2026 show one-bedroom units of about 34 m² near 3.6 billion VND and two-bedrooms of 57–60 m² around 5.8–6.9 billion VND.
Amenities
- Overlooks a 5.5-ha lake and flower garden
- Swimming pool and gym
- Children’s play areas
- Township amenities as Global Gate develops
- Views over Nhat Tan Bridge and the Red River from upper floors
Renting at Masteri Grand Avenue
The rental market here is still young. Demand should grow as the exhibition centre, offices and other parts of Global Gate open, and as the airport corridor develops, but early landlords may face a quiet market at first.
