Location: a planned metro junction
Metropoli 5 sits beside the Thang Long Boulevard – Ring Road 3.5 interchange, which is under construction, and within the planned triangle of Metro Lines 5, 6 and 7, including a future An Khanh station on the Van Cao – Hoa Lac line. Vinhomes Smart City and Imperia Sky Park are nearby.

The first phase focuses on two- and three-bedroom homes of about 77–106 m², plus a few large VIP units of around 224 m². Listings in mid-2026 show two-bedroom units of 77–80 m² asking 6.2–7.4 billion VND and three-bedrooms of about 96 m² around 8.7 billion VND, roughly 90–98 million VND per m².
