Who is behind Orchard Collection
CapitaLand Development is the Singapore group behind The Vista, Feliz en Vista and De La Sol in Ho Chi Minh City. Sycamore is its first large township in the Binh Duong area, developed in a joint venture with UOA, and Orchard Collection is described as its last and most refined apartment phase there.
Location: Binh Duong new city
Sycamore lies at the junction of Hung Vuong and Vo Van Kiet in the new administrative centre of the former Binh Duong province, surrounded by a lakeside park. Orchard Collection is at the township gate, opposite Aeon Mall and beside the central park, with a planned metro line passing nearby.
The old Thu Dau Mot centre is a short drive away, and the VSIP and other industrial parks that employ many foreign managers are within 15–30 minutes. Central Ho Chi Minh City is roughly an hour by car.

Master plan and amenities
The mid-rise format gives a lower-density feel than typical high-rises, with planting at several levels:
- Central park and Welcome Park on the doorstep
- Swimming pools and landscaped courtyards
- Garden-level units with private gardens and 5 m ceilings
- Sycamore township shops and services
- Close to Aeon Mall and the administrative centre
Apartment types
Two-bedroom units of about 89–101 m² make up most of the listings, with 2+1 layouts of about 101 m², three-bedroom units of about 137 m², four-bedroom units of about 170 m² and some three-bedroom units with private parking at the unit.
Prices and buying
At the 2026 launch, CapitaLand quoted two-bedroom units of 90 m² from about 5.6 billion VND, 101 m² from about 6 billion VND and three-bedroom units of 137 m² from about 9 billion VND, all including VAT – roughly 63–65 million VND per m². Payment plans with as little as 5% per year for the first two years and discounts of up to about 18–20% have been offered.
Read the payment schedule carefully: low early payments usually mean larger instalments closer to handover.
Legal status and foreign ownership
Orchard Collection is commercial housing; Vietnamese buyers receive long-term ownership and foreigners 50-year ownership within the quota. Some listings specifically advertise units reserved for foreign buyers in the earlier Orchard Hill phase.
Renting at Orchard Collection
The main tenant base is foreign managers and engineers working in Binh Duong’s industrial parks, who often prefer large, well-managed apartments near Aeon Mall and international schools. Rents are lower than in central Ho Chi Minh City, but so are prices.
