Who is behind Phu My Hung Midtown

Phu My Hung Development, the developer of the Phu My Hung new urban area, partnered with three Japanese companies on Midtown. The joint approach shows in the details – storage, layouts and building management – which is one reason the complex is popular with Japanese and Korean residents.

Location: Phu My Hung South District

Midtown sits in the southern part of Phu My Hung City Centre, next to Sakura Park and close to the river. Crescent Mall, the Crescent Lake, SC VivoCity, international schools and the FV and Tam Duc hospitals are all a short drive away.

Nguyen Van Linh Boulevard links the area to the rest of the city; District 1 is roughly 15–25 minutes by car depending on traffic.

Master plan and amenities

Each phase has its own pools and facilities, while residents share the green spaces of Phu My Hung:

  • Sakura Park on the doorstep
  • Infinity pools and children’s pools in each phase
  • Gyms and residents’ lounges
  • Shops in the podiums
  • Views over the river and parks from upper floors
  • Phu My Hung building management

Apartment types

Most units are two-bedroom apartments of about 70–97 m², with three-bedroom units of about 104–121 m² and tophouses from around 141 m² at The Peak. Many owners have fully furnished their units for rental.

Prices and buying

In 2026 two-bedroom apartments in Midtown were changing hands at roughly 9.3–12.8 billion VND and three-bedroom units at about 12–21 billion VND, depending on the phase, view and furnishing.

Most units now have pink books, which makes transfers straightforward; confirm this for the specific unit before paying a deposit.

The Midtown phases are commercial housing with pink books for owners. Foreigners can buy within the quota per building; a significant share of original buyers were foreigners, so check how much quota is left in each block.

Renting at Phu My Hung Midtown

Midtown is one of the strongest rental addresses in the south of the city. In 2026 one-bedroom units rented for about 16–22 million VND a month, two-bedroom units for 23–35 million and three-bedroom units for 32–60 million.
