The Horizon is Phu My Hung’s two-tower apartment project on Tran Van Tra Street at Crescent Lake – the first time the developer offered homes for sale in its Crescent district. Two 24-storey towers on a 5,800 m² plot hold just 166 apartments and 10 shophouses, and most homes are large three-bedroom units with 3.6-metre ceilings. It was launched in late 2022 when construction was about 71% complete and was handed over in the first quarter of 2024.

Who is behind The Horizon Phu My Hung
Phu My Hung Development created the Phu My Hung urban area, including Crescent Mall, the Crescent Lake and the Starlight Bridge. The Horizon was its first residential project in the Crescent district and one of very few new launches in Phu My Hung since 2022.
Location: Crescent Lake
The Horizon stands about 200 metres from the Crescent Lake and the Starlight Bridge, the busiest public spaces in Phu My Hung, with Crescent Mall, cinemas, restaurants and the Phu My Hung and Capital office towers all within walking distance. The northwest side looks over Crescent Residence 3 towards the lake.
International schools including SSIS are nearby, as are Tam Anh and French-Vietnamese hospitals. The old District 1 is around 20 minutes by car.

Master plan and amenities
The towers are designed with privacy in mind and deliver finished, air-conditioned homes:
- Walking distance to Crescent Lake, Starlight Bridge and Crescent Mall
- Central air-conditioning
- 3.6 m ceiling heights
- Swimming pool and gym
- Shophouses on Tran Van Tra
Apartment types
About 94% of the apartments are three-bedroom units. There are also one-bedroom units of about 53 m², two-bedroom units of about 85 m² and garden-level units, some of which are sold as combined pairs of around 300 m².
Prices and buying
Price guides list The Horizon at roughly 128–176 million VND per m², from about 6.8 billion VND. In 2026 pairs of garden units of 295–300 m² were offered at around 50–51.6 billion VND, and a 291 m² shophouse at about 89 billion VND.
Since the towers are finished and occupied, check the certificate status of the unit and the condition of the fit-out before paying a deposit.
Legal status and foreign ownership
The Horizon is commercial housing with long-term ownership for Vietnamese buyers and 50 years for foreigners within the quota. With only 166 apartments, the foreign quota is limited.
Renting at The Horizon Phu My Hung
The Crescent Lake area is one of the most sought-after rental locations for expatriate families in the south of the city, and large three-bedroom units with high ceilings are in short supply.
