The Regency is Phu My Hung’s newest luxury tower, on lot CR5-1B of Ton Dat Tien Street right beside Crescent Lake and the Starlight Bridge. It is a single 24-storey building on a plot of about 2,452 m², with just 114 apartments – all three-bedroom units of roughly 108–134 m² – and a handful of shophouses. Who is behind The Regency Phu My Hung
Phu My Hung Development created the Phu My Hung new urban area and is behind The Horizon, The Aurora and The Sculptura. The Regency is part of what the company calls its “Phu My Hung 2.0” phase – a new mixed-use cluster around Crescent Lake with homes, shops and offices linked by landscaped walkways.
Location: Crescent Lake
The tower sits on the edge of Crescent Lake, the busiest and most recognisable part of Phu My Hung, with the Starlight Bridge, Crescent Mall, cinemas, restaurants and office towers within a few minutes’ walk. Many apartments have panoramic views over the lake.
International schools such as SSIS, the Tam Anh and FV hospitals and the SECC exhibition centre are close by. The old District 1 is around 20 minutes by car.

Master plan and amenities
As a single tower, The Regency focuses on high-quality shared spaces rather than a large compound:
- Infinity-edge swimming pool facing the lake
- Gym, sauna and wellness areas
- Residents’ lounges
- Shophouses at street level
- Walking distance to Crescent Mall and the lakeside promenade
Apartment types
Every apartment is a three-bedroom home of roughly 108–134 m², aimed at families who want generous space in the heart of Phu My Hung. Corner units with full lake views are the most sought after.
Prices and buying
In 2026 resale asking prices ranged from about 22 billion VND to over 30 billion VND per unit; a 134 m² lake-view apartment on a high floor was listed at about 30.6 billion VND, roughly 228 million VND per m².
Since construction is ongoing, buyers pay in instalments to the developer. If you take over a contract, check the remaining schedule and the transfer conditions set by Phu My Hung.
Legal status and foreign ownership
The Regency is commercial housing: long-term ownership for Vietnamese buyers and 50 years for foreigners within the per-building quota. With only 114 units, the foreign quota is small.
Renting at The Regency Phu My Hung
Large three-bedroom apartments at Crescent Lake are the most sought-after rentals in Phu My Hung, particularly among Korean, Japanese and Western families with children at the nearby international schools.
