Swisstouches La Luna Resort Nha Trang

Swisstouches La Luna Resort is a large condotel project on Pham Van Dong Street in north Nha Trang, next to the Ana Marina yacht harbour. Marina Hotel JSC planned about 1,900 condotel units in 36-floor towers on a 4.74 ha site, to be run by Swiss operator Swisstouches Hotels & Resorts, and launched sales in late 2017. Opening was scheduled for Q4 2019, but handover has been heavily delayed and the press has reported the developer’s bank debts.

Location

Pham Van Dong is the coastal road north of the city, past the Hon Chong headland and Ponagar towers. It is quieter than Tran Phu but only about 10–15 minutes by car from central Nha Trang, and the Hon Chong rocks and newer north Nha Trang resorts are close by.

What you get

Plans showed condotel units from one to four bedrooms plus penthouses, with sea and marina views and five-star resort facilities under the Swisstouches brand. Final specifications depend on how the project is completed.

This is a project to approach with great care. Reports describe years of delay and debt recovery action by VietinBank against the developer’s group. There is no proven rental track record yet. Treat any promised returns as unconfirmed until the project is operating.
