The Bayside is the apartment part of MIK Group’s Imperia Holiday Ha Long, on lot HHO-B1.8 of the Hung Thang service urban area in Bai Chay, Quang Ninh. Who is behind The Bayside
MIK Group develops the Imperia brand. Imperia Holiday is its new line of coastal projects, and The Bayside is the first, followed by a second phase of commercial and serviced apartments nearby.

Hung Thang is Bai Chay’s newer tourist and residential district, near Ha Long Marina, Bai Chay beach, Sun World Ha Long and the Bai Chay Bridge. The Hanoi – Hai Phong – Quang Ninh expressway puts Hanoi about two and a half hours away, and Van Don airport is reachable by expressway.
