The Infinity (formerly Charm Diamond) is the third apartment tower at Charm City, the mixed-use complex around Vincom Di An near the 550 intersection. Its big selling point is that the rest of the complex is already up and running: Charm Ruby and Charm Sapphire have been handed over with pink books, and the mall is open. The tower was cleared for sale by the Binh Duong Department of Construction in early 2025 and launched to the market on 25 May 2025.

Who is behind The Infinity
Charm Group has been building in Di An for years. The first two towers, Charm Ruby and Charm Sapphire, were completed and now resell at roughly 31 million VND per m², so buyers can see the developer’s finished product before committing to the new tower.
Location: the Di An crossroads
Di An sits where HCMC, the former Binh Duong and Dong Nai meet. From Charm City it is a short drive to Thu Duc, the Hi-Tech Park, the National University village and the Song Than industrial parks. The DT743 road has been widened and there are proposals to extend Metro Line 1 into the area.
Apartments and prices
At launch prices were around 37–39 million VND per m², noticeably above the older towers. That worked out to about 2.05 billion VND for a 50 m² one-bedroom and 2.5–3 billion VND for a two-bedroom. In 2026 resale listings show two-bedroom units of 75 m² at around 3.8 billion VND. Units come with kitchen cabinets, bathtubs and sanitary fittings installed.
Amenities
- Vincom Di An mall on site

- Pool, gym and landscaped podium
- 5-star hotel services above the apartments
- Schools and markets within walking distance
Renting at The Infinity
Engineers and managers from nearby factories and the Hi-Tech Park make up much of the rental demand in Di An. A completed mall and easy road access should help this tower rent well once handed over.
