Tuan Chau Marina is a low-rise development of shophouses and mini-hotels at the Ngoc Chau port area on Tuan Chau island, right beside the Tuan Chau international cruise port – the main departure point for overnight Ha Long Bay cruises. It was developed by Tuan Chau Group together with Gami Group on a site of about 85,200 m². The core product is a set of five-storey shophouses with two frontages facing the bay, designed to work as shops, restaurants or small hotels, sold with long-term ownership.
