TMS Luxury Hotel Da Nang Beach is a hotel and condotel tower developed by TMS Hotel Da Nang JSC (TMS Group) on lot A3 of the Royal Era I complex, Vo Nguyen Giap Street, in what is now Ngu Hanh Son Ward. On a compact plot of about 1,095 m², the tower rises 25 floors above two basements and holds 81 hotel rooms and 146 condotel units of about 45, 52 and 67 m². Around 80% of units face the sea. It was TMS Group’s first resort hotel to open, in October 2018, and units are run as part of the hotel.

Location

The tower is on the My Khe beach road next to East Sea Park’s southern end and a pedestrian underpass to the beach. Restaurants and bars along Vo Nguyen Giap and the An Thuong streets are a short walk, the Dragon Bridge is about ten minutes by car and the airport around 15 minutes.
