Bcons Green View is an apartment project on National Road 1K in Dong Hoa, the area next to Vietnam National University’s campus. Dong Hoa was part of Di An in Binh Duong and joined Ho Chi Minh City in the 2025 merger.

National Road 1K links Di An with Thu Duc and Bien Hoa. From Bcons Green View, the GO! Di An supermarket is across the road, the National University village and Suoi Tien are about 10 minutes away, and the new Mien Dong bus station and Metro Line 1’s Suoi Tien station are close by. Central Ho Chi Minh City is roughly 35–45 minutes away.
