BV Diamond Hill Thai Nguyen is a mixed-use high-rise project on Bac Son Street, on the former Thai Nguyen television station site, now in Phan Dinh Phung Ward (former Hoang Van Thu Ward). The developer is BV Invest JSC, a member of BV Land.
Thai Nguyen approved the investment in February 2022. The twin towers are billed as the tallest buildings in Thai Nguyen and the northern midlands once complete, and sales materials in 2026 point to handover around March 2027.

Location
Bac Son Street runs west from the city centre past the provincial stadium and the regulating lake, a few minutes from the central roundabout. The towers overlook the lake and, on clear days, the Tam Dao range.
About the developer
BV Land is the property arm of the Bach Viet (BV) group, which has also built BV Bavella urban areas in Viet Tri and Bac Giang and a BV Diamond Hill in Bac Giang. The Thai Nguyen project is a separate building with its own pricing.
