Location

This is the most central address in Thai Nguyen: provincial offices, banks, the main market, schools and hospitals are all within a few minutes. The Hanoi–Thai Nguyen expressway puts Hanoi about 1 hour 15 minutes away, and the Yen Binh and Song Cong industrial parks are 30–40 minutes south.

Living here

Apartments are large for the local market, with most units of two bedrooms plus or three bedrooms. Residents use the podium’s shops, the event hall and the Prime Spa that opened in 2026, and a rooftop garden on level 26 looks over the whole city.

Renting

Furnished two-bedroom-plus units are advertised at around VND 15 million a month, aimed at managers and expatriate engineers who prefer city-centre living to the industrial towns.

Buying checks

  • Confirm the unit has a long-term ownership certificate (“bìa”).
  • Compare asking prices; resale prices rose sharply in 2025–2026.
  • Check parking allocation and service fees.
  • Foreign buyers should confirm eligibility.
