Tecco Elite City

Tecco Elite City is the largest apartment complex in Thai Nguyen. Developed by Tecco Group on about 21,000 m² at the western gateway of the city, it has six towers of 32 floors – three podium floors of shops and 29 floors of apartments – over three basements. In total it provides around 2,000 apartments of two and three bedrooms. The last tower, A1, topped out in June 2021, and handover began that month; pink books have since been issued.

The complex fronts Quang Trung Street, the city’s main east–west road, and sits next to the National Road 3 interchange with the Hanoi – Thai Nguyen expressway. The city centre is about 1 km away, Noi Bai airport roughly 45 minutes and central Hanoi about 1 hour 20 minutes by car. Thai Nguyen’s industrial parks, including the Samsung complex at Yen Binh, are within easy reach.

Buying at Tecco Elite City

With all towers completed, buyers can choose resale units across the six towers or any remaining stock from the developer. Compare tower position, floor and view, and check the service charge (reported around VND 9,000 per m²) and parking fees.

Foreigners can buy in commercial apartment buildings within the usual limits of the 2023 Housing Law: up to 30% of the units in one building and ownership of up to 50 years, renewable once. Check that the foreign quota in the specific tower still has room before you pay a deposit.

Renting at Tecco Elite City

Thai Nguyen has strong demand from engineers and managers at the Samsung complex and other industrial parks. Owners have reported rents of around VND 9 million a month for 2-bedroom units and VND 12 million for 3-bedroom units, depending on furnishing.

Living in Thai Nguyen

Thai Nguyen is one of the largest cities in northern Vietnam, known for its tea, its universities and the Samsung electronics complex at Yen Binh. The Hanoi – Thai Nguyen expressway brings the capital within about an hour and a half.

Nui Coc lake, the tea hills of Tan Cuong and the Tam Dao range are close for weekend trips. A large student and engineer population keeps rental demand steady for well-located apartments.
