Aloha Beach Village is a beachfront resort complex at Thuan Quy, about 28 km south-west of Phan Thiet, on the coastal road towards Ke Ga. Viet Uc Group developed it in a Hawaiian style on roughly 15–18 ha, with condotel blocks, shophouses, villas and a walking street called Aloha Alanui. More than 300 condotels were sold in the first phase, and the Ruby 1 and Ruby 2 blocks were handed to the operator CMC in early 2024.

Location

Thuan Quy sits on a long, quiet beach south of Phan Thiet, the area sometimes sold as “Mui Ne 2”. The Ke Ga lighthouse and cape are a short drive further south, and Phan Thiet city takes around 35–40 minutes. The Dau Giay–Phan Thiet expressway has cut the drive from Ho Chi Minh City to roughly three hours.

What you get

Condotel blocks hold studios and one- to two-bedroom apartments, many facing the sea, with pools and gardens between the buildings. The Aloha Alanui walking street mixes local food stalls with international snacks and bars.

Prices and buying

Apartments trade at lower prices than Mui Ne itself, reflecting the quieter location. Press reports have covered delays on some phases, so ask which block a unit is in, whether it has been handed over with a certificate, and the terms of the operator’s rental agreement.

Renting and holiday use

Operated blocks take nightly guests through booking sites. Occupancy is highest at weekends and on Vietnamese holidays, when Saigon families drive down.

Pros and cons

  • Pros: long empty beach, lower entry prices than Mui Ne, walking street and resort facilities on site
  • Cons: far from Phan Thiet and Mui Ne nightlife, later phases slower than planned, few services outside the complex

Who it suits

Weekend visitors from Ho Chi Minh City and budget-minded buyers who want a beach apartment south of Phan Thiet.
